Liability Release Form

We will have a leisurely drive along the river to Lodi.  Lunch will be at Round Table Pizza, 2715 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi (near Lowes).  We have a room reserved that will hold 40+ people.  Besides pizza, a salad bar is available.  They open at 10AM if you’d like to call your order in ahead of time. (209) 368-8600.  Mention that you are with Sacramento Area Miata Owners Association.

Depending on interest, there may be an optional drive after lunch to Viaggio Winery. When you RSVP, please indicate if you would like to continue.  Viaggio Estate & Winery is located in the heart Lodi Wine Country, next to the Mokelumne River. The winery has lots of parking, with a nice outdoor patio with abundant seating, if preferred.

Please sign and submit SAMOA's new event release form before the event and send to bob.castelli@gmail.com, if you have not already submitted the form.  There will also be copies of the release available to sign the day of the event.
